The Planning Task List holds an estimated schedule of "things to do" leading up to your wedding date. These tasks range in scope, listing anything from securing your vendor team, to fashion reminders, to post-wedding thank you notes.

The Printed Materials folder will hold all visual elements of your printed suite: Save the Date, Invitation, Weekend Menu, Welcome Note,  Ceremony Program, etc. Additionally, this folder will contain all approved lists for your reference.

To ensure clear communication to all of your "VIPS", please fill in the phone number, email, and location of all VIP's including the wedding party and immediate family. 

Here you will find the complete set list for your wedding band. Please use the Play and Do Not Play list as a space to fill in your preferred songs to be played during dinner and dancing and indicate any songs you do not want to hear.

Please upload photos of yourself, your parents, siblings, and the bridal party. Having these photos will assist the wedding team in identifying key individuals and ensuring they receive appropriate attention on your special day.
